Message Notification Settings: You can now change the blinking 'X Unread Messages' link to a bold red one.
War Turns: After a majority vote, you now start with 12 turns. Chemical strikes now cost 18 turns, and Nuclear Attacks cost 22 turns.
Artillery Barrage Updates: The arty barrages have received a big update - now each arty strike has a set damage rate of a random whole number between 7 and 10. Additionally, the bug with negative infrastructure should have been fixed. Finally, now there is a random loss of artillery on each attack (number of arty sent / 8, rounded up).
These changes were suggested by folks on the forums, and via the survey. Hopefully this well help make wars more balanced.
